• Are designed to increase skipper and crew confidence afloat
• Perfect if you want to understand berthing and yacht etiquette in harbour
BLUE RIDE - KNOWLEDGE
Objective: To provide 'hands-on' local knowledge and a 'training day' on the water
Practical: Plenty of sea miles. Approaches and entrances as tides allow. Boat handling
Theory: Passage planning. Identify hazards. Use of charts and GPS colour chart plotter. Pilotage. Other ports of interest.
